Terms & Condition

Payment Policy:
​- All room rates are inclusive of tax and service charges.
- Only 50% the total amount per reservation for deposit may be required when you book directly with us.

Check-in/out Policy:
- Check in: from 14:00hrs
- Check out: 12:00hrs
- Early check-in : subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy:
- Late check-out is subject to room availability
- 15:00hrs to 17:00hrs check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
- After 17:00hrs check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Children Policy:
- All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
- One older child or adult is charged breakfast per person per night in an extra bed.
- Children over 12 years old are charged as adults, surcharge for extra bed and breakfast.

Airport Transfer: 
- If you need an airport transfer, please inform us 24 hours before.
