A security deposit is required upon check-in to cover any incidental charges or losses that may arise during your stay, including but not limited to:
- Damage to or loss of resort property.
- Cleaning or restoration costs resulting from violations of resort policies, including smoking in the rooms or bringing prohibited strong-smelling food into guest rooms (such as durian, mangosteen, seafood, or other foods that may cause persistent odors).
Deposit Amount:
Standard deposit amount: a minimum of VND 1,000,000 per room per stay.
The deposit is collected solely as a security deposit and shall not be used to offset any charges incurred during the stay. All incidental charges and services used will be settled separately upon check-out.
